Accident Claims Form

Actv endeavours to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of its passengers, property and animals when travelling.  However, if you suffer any injury or damage when using our bus, tram or waterborne services, you may be entitled to claim for compensation. 

To do so, simply fill-in the form below with the following information:

• first name, last name, tax code, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses;
• description of the incident, namely: location, date, time, company line, route, means of transport and/or bus/waterbus stop;
• in the event of a collision between vehicles: vehicle data (vehicle type and number/license plate), details relating to vehicle owner, driver, insurance cover (insurance company, policy number and expiry date).

Actv will acknowledge receipt of your claim and provide useful information and procedures to be followed through the insurance company.

N.B. Claims for compensation for damage caused by waves and water splashes due to wave movement in the lagoon as a result of natural events and/or actions by third parties that are not attributable to Actv's liability, will not be accepted.
