Chat&Go® by muoversivenezia is an innovative ticketing system designed by AVM and developed by OpenMove. 
Designed for last-second purchases, the new system allows the sale of travel tickets directly through WhatsApp.
Thanks to Chat&Go® by muoversivenezia, you can purchase a ticket for the urban transport service of the municipality of Venice from your smartphone in just a few clicks. By framing the QR Code, present at all stops of the urban network or by saving the number (+39 339 990 8002) to your phone contacts, you can launch a chat that leads the user to the purchase process in just a few seconds with payment by credit card, or Android Pay and Apple Pay methods (if they are registered in your smartphone).
Available for sale at the launch is the urban ticket valid for 75 minutes for buses, tram and the People Mover from €1.50 (not valid in navigation), the Aerobus ticket from €10.00 (for travel to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport) and the standard rete unica ticket from €9.50 (valid for 75 minutes on the rete unica urban network of the municipality of Venice, which includes the navigation, bus, tram and People Mover network, excluding travel to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport).

Tickets are automatically activated at the time of purchase. In the bus and tram networks, the ticket must be purchased at least 3 minutes before boarding. You can view the QR code up to a maximum of 5 times. Once this limit has been exceeded, the code will no longer be displayed and it will therefore not be possible to access the stops for installations equipped with physical barriers (turnstiles) in the navigation network and the People Mover. After scanning the code into the reader, the QR code cannot be used again for the next two minutes.  It is the Customer's responsibility to guarantee the data connection and the proper functioning of the mobile device for the entire duration of the trip and to verify that the purchased ticket is valid and suitable for the route being used: failure to present the ticket due to malfunctioning of the mobile device results in the same consequences as provided for and sanctioned in case of ticket irregularities as stated in the General Conditions of Transport.
