HOTEL PASS ZTL BUS

The Venice City Council allows special concessions to coaches that bring in tourists who take accommodation within Venice municipality.
The hotel-related passes are issued at the check-in points subject to presenting documentation confirming the accommodation booking. The pass validity is until 7 pm of the day after the last overnight stay; in the case of a Day Pass, it is therefore valid until 7 pm of the day after the date of issuance. For several-night stays, the tariff will be calculated for each day's stay and the bus will be authorised to remain within the Z.T.L. until 7 pm of the day after the last night's stay. The concessions are reserved the coaches that arrive at the Check-Ins with documents attesting to their hotel bookings.
As in the case of all other rates, the hotel-related passes are applied different cost rates according to whether the destination location is Venice main island, Venice Lido island or the mainland.

OUTINGS - TRIPS

If the coach carries passengers who, when entering the municipality of Venice, have used other transport means and who do not therefore have the passes, and if they must leave the municipal area with the coach, then the concession daily tariff will be applied (Hotel Pass) for the area of their hotel. In this case the passes will be valid until mid-night of the day of issue.
For those who make trips inside or outside the ZTL but who will continue to stay in accomodation in the Venice municipal area, the tariff applied will be the one of the district of the hotel's location. 
(Venice or mainland - Venice Lido). In this case, the charges and validities of Passes will be calculated as if the Group had entered the municipal area at that moment. This means from the date of the excursion until the end of the period of stay in the ZTL.

ISSUING FORMALITIES

The hotel-related passes are issued at the check-in points subject to presenting documentation confirming the accommodation booking.
Reductions are applied to coaches that arrive at the check-in points with passengers having hotel bookings.
